ADMISSION GUIDELINES for Classes I, III, IV, V, VI, VII & VIII
- Online registration for admissions will be closed on Tuesday 25th March 2025.
- Candidates can register for Admission only through Online on our website
- Read the instructions carefully before filling up the application form
- Your registration will be considered only when the hard copy of the Online Registration and the payment receipt are received in the school office on or before Wednesday 26.03.2025.
- Admission is purely on the basis of Merit
- Students seeking admission for class I should complete 6 years as on 01/06/2025.
- Note: To fill in the Online Registration Form ,you must have:
- Birth certificate
- Passport size photograph(JPG format)
- Previous year mark list for classes (2-8)
- Applicant's Aadhaar card
- Immunization certificate
- Once you have entered all the required information, click on the button Continue to online payment to make the payment of Rs:300/- towards Registration fee
- After clicking on the Make payment button select the payment modes like Credit card/Debit card /Net Banking option
- Now a filled-in Registration form with automatically assigned Registration Number willbe displayed on the screen. Take the printout in an A4 size paper
- You will also get a payment receipt along with the Registration form. Take the print out in an A4 size paper
- Registration Form duly signed by the parent along with the receipt of payment should be sent to
The Principal, Chavara Darsan CMI Public School, Koonammavu P.O, PIN-683518 by post or by hand on or before Wednesday 26th March 2025. - Kindly note down the Registration number for all future correspondences
- Further admission details will be communicated to you through Email after receiving the hardcopy of application form
- Admissions-only as per the availability of seats in each class
- There will be an Admission Test/Interview for candidates at 9am on 29/03/2025(Sat)
- The names of selected candidates for classes I,III,IV,V,VI,VII & VIII will be intimated through Emailon or before 03/03/2025
- FALCON Foundation Programme for classes VI-IX in association with XYLEM in the school.
