ADMISSION GUIDELINES for Class XI
- Online registration begins on Thursday 26th December 2024 and will be closed on Friday 31st January 2025
- Candidates can register for Admission only through Online on our website
- Read the instructions carefully before filling up the application form
- Your registration will be considered only when the hard copy of the Online Registration and the payment receipt are received in the school office on or before Friday31st January 2025.
- Note:- Eligibility criteria for registration and admission test to class XI –Above 80% marks should be obtained in the school level assessment in class X .To fill in the Online Registration Form , you must have:
- Birth certificate
- Passport size photograph(JPG format)
- School examination mark list of class X
- Applicant's Aadhaar card
- Immunization certificate

- After clicking on the Make payment button select the payment modes like Credit card/Debit card /Net Banking option
- Now a filled-in Registration form with automatically assigned Registration Number will be displayed on the screen. Take the printout in an A4 size paper
- You will also get a payment receipt along with the Registration form. Take the print out in an A4 size paper
- Registration Form duly signed by the parent along with the receipt of payment should be sent to
The Principal, Chavara Darsan CMI Public School, Koonammavu P.O, PIN-683518 by post or by hand on or before Friday 31st January 2025 - Kindly note down the Registration number for all future correspondences
- The date of personal meeting with the Principal will be intimated to you after receiving the above documents by mail
- Admission is purely on the basis of merit
- There will be an Admission Test and Interview on 1st February 2025 for all eligible candidates based on 10th standard knowledge(Full Syllabus)
- Test subjects for class XI(Science Stream) Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
- Test subjects for class XI(Commerce Stream) Mathematics, English, Economics
- Test subjects for class XI(Humanities Stream) English, Economics, History
- The names of provisionally selected candidates for class XI admission will be intimated through E-mail, within 7 days after the test and interview
