ADMISSION GUIDELINES and procedure to fill the online Registration for Class Pre-KG
- Read the instructions carefully before filling up the application form.
- The child should complete 3 yrs as on June 1st 2026 for the Prekg admission.
- Admission is purely on the basis of Merit.
- Your application will be considered only when the hard copy of the Online Application and the payment receipt are received in the school office on or before 01-05-2026.
- Online Application will be closed on 01-05-2026.
- Candidates can apply for Admission only through Online on our website chavaradarsan.com.
- Note: To fill in the Online Application Form, you must have:
- Birth certificate
- Passport size photograph(jpg format)
- Applicant's Aadhaar card
- Immunization certificate
- Once you have entered all the required information, click on the button and continue to online payment, to make the payment of Rs. 300/- towards Application fee.
- After clicking on the Make payment button select the payment modes like UPI, Credit card/Debit card, Net Banking options.
- Incase of failed/incomplete payment, make use of Retry Payment option to complete the payment.
- Now a filled-in Application form with automatically assigned Application Number will be displayed on the screen. Take the printout in an A4 size paper.
- You will also get a payment receipt along with the Application form. Take the print out in an A4 size paper.
- Application form duly signed by the parent along with the receipt of payment should be submitted to
The Principal, Chavara Darsan CMI Kindergarten, Koonammavu P.O, PIN-683518 by hand at kindergarten office. - Kindly note down the Application Number for all future correspondences.
- Further admission details will be communicated to you through Email after receiving the hardcopy of Application form.
- There will be a meeting with the Principal for the parents & child.
